Questions organisers ask
Do my guests need to create an account?
No. Guests just open your link and reply. Only organisers have accounts.
Which currencies and payment methods can I use?
Naira, US dollars, British pounds, euros, Ghanaian cedis and Kenyan shillings. Guests can pay by card through Paystack, Flutterwave or Stripe (depending on the currency), or by bank transfer with receipt upload.
How do I receive money from online ticket sales?
Bank transfers go straight to your account. For card payments, contact our team to set up online payments and payouts for your account.
Can I host events outside Nigeria?
Yes. Each event has its own currency and time zone, so calendar invites and reminders show the right local time.
Can I connect QEvents to Google Sheets or my CRM?
Yes. Every event can send RSVPs, ticket sales, gifts and check-ins to a webhook, which works with Zapier, Make and similar tools. You can also download everything as CSV.
